Shock U (http://www.shocku.com) is a website with (surprise surprise) shocking images and videos.

They invite their readers to send MMS with cellphone photos of shocking things to the address shockus@shocku.com. So it would really cost them nothing to receive the photos, and they then have free content (which they presumably publish on their website, if they like it).
